former desktop support tech - i ran away from this scary company
It’s over. All in house service desk techs are gone. The main director of network ops is gone. Anyone trying to interface with IT will be screwed. The apps won’t be stable without Pablo at the top. F--- yea later
that is only the beginning, the helpdesk and network operations will be handled by Infosys in India and the Philippines.
The nurse advise line will be handled by the Philippines.
Just wait til May 8th. It’s only gonna get worse.
