Read what was filed. It’s a motion from management for the judge to approve the KEIP.

It hasn’t been approved by the judge although it probably will be if there are no objections filed.

The only recourse is to expell less effort and goof off until let go. Who knows, based on the utterly dismal results the pukes getting retention bonuses I might get one.....if I can just get myself to lower my work quality to the leaderships level.

If you break down at work daily, why don’t you go work somewhere else? Why would you do that to yourself? You can drop them as fast as they can drop you.

It’s like fat people saying “mah thyroid izzues” when they know damn well it’s their own fault.

This is capitalism. There is greed at every level of every company. Companies go bankrupt every single day for a variety of reasons. 95% of all CLECs that have ever existed are long gone. Either swollowed up or bellied up. The fact that Windstream has managed to make it this far is actually surprising even though they are slowly getting away from that business model because it is no longer cost effective.
