Anybody else feels like Molina has been on a downward trajectory for so long by now that we are at a point where changing course is impossible?
I used to believe there was light at the end of a tunnel, but not anymore. Which is why I'm planning to leave as soon as I can find a replacement job. I honestly think others should do the same.

I hear you. I hate the unsettled feeling. I miss when we were an organization that cared about the members before the money. By cutting staff at plan levels, there is no time to help the member navigate through the confusion of healthcare. We have lost so many people with heart and they were replaced with a business mentality. I get it, we have to be profitable. But at the expense of people? I'm ready to go tend bar...or just drink at one.
