Since there is no good place to talk about layoff in China, CDC brothers (of course, and sisters), let's discuss it here.
There will definitely be massive layoff in CDC, the only questions are:
1, Will the whole CDC be closed, including PSFT, WLS, Blockchain, Identity, Social, DB, and of course, OCI-C?
2, Schedule?
3, Compensation?
I suggest sign yourself with a tag "OCI-C" or "none-OCIC". I'm none-OCIC.

I heard that PSFT has announced yesterday afternoon, and APG (although I don't know what APG stands for).

some teams in scm at CDC city has been layoffed in March. They are allowed 1.5 month to look for new job
More layoff happens in May after labor holiday. Beijing mgr with hr team will travel to each CDC city to announce.

But jumping from Oracle NOW means no compensation.... If you have worked for more than 10 years, that will be a big loss.
just go find a new job and leave Oracle. The more people got RIFed, the harder for finding a position. Since there will be lots of candidates who will have the same background. Just jump the ship as fast as you can.
