Does anyone know how these layoffs, down sizing, rebadging is effecting the military customers? I remember the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines were great customers replacing equipment every two years or so. Big money for Xerox.

It won’t be too hard to do.
Not as much as selling to Fuji will. Jacobson didn't take into consideration that a foreign company can't contract with the U.S. Government like that. People were scrambling to find a loophole that would let the new company still bid through a U.S. subsidiary. Hopefully any new potential deal with Fuji will take that into consideration.
