I think this is in relations to IT functions that might exist in XBS

What about internal IT for the XBS cores? Will they take that over too?
@Y9dtOnM-wjk I heard RPA is starting to take place with some processes in Canada.
I wonder if everything will be finally transitioned to the new IT systems before Wipro takes over because even with 30+ years of experience, the old IT platforms, such as the Xerox Canada mainframe, were driving everyone nuts.
XIM is Xerox Information Management. It is (or was) about 300 people, including global security services.
