Clients are awarding DXC project work and the company will not hire the needed contractors to do the work. If the skill does not exist in the company and available, they simply ignore the demand from the client and ruin the relationship. Clients are forced to de-award the business and send it elsewhere. This management team is the most unethical bunch I've experienced in my career. They want to keep labor counts at prescribed levels, they drive the field to sell more, then they do NOTHING to fulfill the demand. NUTS. Does the Board of Directors know this? Do they sanction??

Major defense contractor recently told D-ont' X-pect C-ompensation that it should perform a market analysis of I.T. salaries. This happened because the contractor is increasingly concerned and annoyed that knowledgeable DXC (aka, CSC, aka Cheat Staff Corp) people keep leaving the sinking tugboat. CSC, aka Cut Staff Corp, aka Cheat Scam Connive has a long-established policy of never giving cost of living raises.
If the contract is signed I suspect it is too late to staff up. Feels like another case of leaving delivery out to dry. Good luck to us all.
