Any guesses why Steve Hoover is not included in the members of the Executive Committee included in the 8-K filing?

This is what Steve is moving on to:

"Retirement"...is that what they are calling it? Seems kinda young for Retirement, especially when he has the chance to be at the forefront of an emerging Technology Powerhouse! He'll be hired by IBM or HP within 3 months (just like Sophie Vandebroek).
His retirement has been announced
Retired from Xerox, jumped ship, got out before the sh-- hits the fan.
They just announced that he's retiring.
Great Observation. There were 17 Executive Team Leads listed at Investor day on February 5th. Now there are only 16 listed, with Steve Hoover being the only missing member. Tolga Kurtoglu is still listed, and he used to report to Steve. Perhaps Steve saw the writing on the wall as well? Thirteen years with PARC.
Probably jumped....
Interesting observation...
I noticed the same thing. Steve still appears on the Xerox official website as noted by @Y90mK5Q, but not on the 8-K filing. Previously PARC reported into Steve, and now the head of PARC is called out as one of the executives. I figure he either got demoted or left.
