Even if the company was afraid of age discrimination lawsuits now which never seemed to bother them before how does that help all the older people they already laid off at 60 61 62 who now can't find work doesn't help them much it's like the thief who's sorry because he got caught not sorry because he committed the crime

I’m not afraid. I’m in. Any company that can have a CEO who makes the “top 10 overpaid CEO” list and order the execution of workers using sneaky layoff tactics and misleading statistics (paper work showing age and layoffs by group not by company) is nothing worth saving. I’m in!
As an FYI, there have been class action lawsuits in the past at our company. It's nothing new.

If a lawsuit occurs do you let the laid off older workers know so they can be included in it they would like?
McDonald Douglas in st louis (now Boeing) played off all seniors in one of b.c their 1st layoffs. I know someone who who was one of them they all filed lawsuit got lit of money
yes a lawsuit takes long however if you're 62 or 63 and you don't want to take Social Security now and get penalized for the rest of your life and you can't get a job you may have to remortgage your house just to survive and maybe down the road an award from a class action suit would help you then pay off your mortgage so you don't have to drop dead from debt from this targeted age ambush

In a class action suit, those workers would be covered if they chose to be part of the class action.
Well maybe if people initiate lawsuits maybe a class action suit and then we can all jump on the bandwagon it would be huge
