Have there been layoffs in Colorado for both techs and supervisors? Especially in late January or early February?

I know of layed off people who applied and didn't even get an interview, and others who were told don't bother when asked about applying.
We have seen a lot of new hires in the recent weeks in quite a few groups. They maybe cutting in some areas but definitely building up others.
Yeah, they have pretty much replaced every tech that was laid off here too. They even brought in a new contractor last week. Makes no sense. Nobody they hired has any experience. The boss says no qualified people put in. So now we are trying to train people.
