There has been much conjecture about a certain person being a certain CEO's GF or mistress or Fbuddy, but after reading a post below I know that the conjecture was wrong. She appears to be acting as his aged care support person based on the post, how weird, wonder if like other aged care workers she has to wash him in the shower and wipe his ar*e - hope she is getting paid bucket loads.

@XxWI8Cx-3zyx. The register have the story today and in their article is a link to the court filing document.

The full text sees hilton claim that he said that the layoffs were too deep but Mikey wilfully ignored the advice.

Interesting stuff, I wonder how long it will take for shareholder upset. If nothing else it will be petrol for the fire of the class action I'm certain.

Have a read of the paper though, it even surpasses my previous opinion of how much of a despot Mikey is.

The lawsuit is filed in US SDNY court. People with access to PACER can download the documents. Anyone with access?

One does wonder if the customers of this company know about the back room shenanigans of DXC?

“Hilton met Lawrie for an interview and dinner in December 2014. Also at the dinner was Joanne Mason (“Mason”), who was Lawrie's Chief of Staff,” the lawsuit states. “The dinner was pleasant, though it had one peculiar moment. Lawrie ordered a steak, but then Lawrie let his subordinate, Ms. Mason, divide up the meat for him. She took the plate from her boss and, using her boss's steak knife, split the pre-carved the meat onto a plate for him and for herself, then split the side dish, and then gave the plate back to her boss.”

Amazing how the self entitled just can see through mirror they project onto others . DXC will never recognize , nurture or reward value unless the upper tier is looking in the mirror themselves . Then the praises come a flowing ( but obviously not for the working stiff) .

A pox on both your houses

That's a fairly damning reveal of Mikey's atmosphere at the top - but who here is actually surprised to read what that says?

I think its fairly obvious over the tenure of Mikey that this is exactly how he rolls - despotic and savage, turning on subordinates on a whim and blaming them for his own strategy failures.

On the other hand, I don't think many of us plebs have much sympathy for Mr Hilton or any of the others. They quite happily wrecked tens of thousands families' lives in their b*tt kissing tenure and would have gone on to trash more if they hadn't been fired themselves.

No, live by the sword, die by the sword Hilton.

S---s to be you.

I have as much sympathy for Hilton as he did for DXC employees - zero!

Hilton was a big bum and did not deliver much for the money he got. Under him all of delivery was a disaster. He says in his filing that he "created BIONIX" - as if it is anything good. What a lie.

No amount of turd-polishing of GBS (revenue down 6.3%) and GIS (revenue down 4.33%) would make that mess look saleable. Too much liability and legacy associations.

Luxsoft is the only value proposition worth a venture partnership, if the management are allowed a say - which they won't be. Given the toxic leadership in DXC, it won't be long before Luxsoft is also stripped to the core and its skin thrown on the recycling heap.

I believe the plan could be glaring all in the face, crude and simple (as you might expect) ! Dxc is a multitude of seperate business entities and the acquisition approach continues, but at some point there will be a split. Think good bank/bad bank as per global finance recovery strategy from 2008 - exactly the same principle! DXC will concentrate toxic businesses, reshape the spreadsheets and dump - maybe at a loss, but definitely with a large dollop of DXC stock to sweeten the deal.

The remaining good business (basically a large consultancy practice specialising in digital / cloud) will be hailed as the biggest turnaround ever.

This practice is more common with VC firms... Making quick changes, polishing the assets to be divested! But it is pretty dim witted when the assets to be divested are made to smell on a world stage.

So what I say is speed up the process, do not prolong the agony. Do something to improve the assets on the 'bad' side to limit the stock giveaway of the 'good' side. The danger is book value and revenue on one side will cancel out the other, the zero sum game is where DXC could be headed.

A rotten, toxic, horrible company, from the very top! Henceman and henchwomen everywhere, only willing to do Lawries bidding!

This entire thing is rotting from the core. Just when it looks like the dance is over, another music plays. How long do you give this place before it’s obvious the risks won’t outweighs the benefits even for Wall Street cronies? How many lives does Mikey and his side kick have ?

Sadly I suspect that some analysts and investors will see the firing of execs before their stock options vest as a good way to reduce costs - rather than punish the behavior they will probably push other CEO's to do the same - greed rules for many people

While I'm glad to see some of the revealing opinions and comments of a former high-level executive, I can't overlook that Mr. Hilton was one of the perpetrators of the company's awful treatment of its employees. It seems to me that Mr. Hilton was a willing participant, as long as piles of money were given to him. Now that Mr. Hilton feels he has been awfully treated, he is suing. His motives are certainly not altruistic.

The federal suit for seven counts of breach of contract, accuses CEO Mike Lawrie of a “bullying,” “toxic” management style, and of terminating subordinates before stock grants would vest.
