Cut deep, kill systems and ssd, and there would be a nice cash flow. They will also get DM to give them a higher dividend.
This is a sure sign of huge cuts coming since investors only cares about profitability of the company. ValueAct most likely knows something is coming soon.

Maybe Valueact is adding to their position because they believe in HAMR.
