STI is already accrued. Think about shorting yourself as a result of staying at the company longer with such stodgy execs.

How does one get on the RIF list? Go tell your boss you no longer care to work for AIG and quit. Maybe you’ll save a job for someone else who does care.

Yes the good thing about being on the RIF list is you get 100% of STI. Just get your ducks in a row and be ready.
Be smart and get on a RIF list. STI for such folks is at 100%. Get inspired from the ex-CFO as he took the STI at 100% (previous years he got way less %). He also took the severance of millions. Today, he has a new job at Oscar Health.

AIG doesn't give raises. If you get RIF'd you will get STI, at least everyone so far has gotten STI. As for this year, there will probably be a small amount for STI. That's after all Management gets their other bonus and STI
Raises? In what universe? Unless youre an exec or a pet of an exec. Bonuses--dont know. Depends on if enough people lose their jobs to show modest profit and keep mgmts hefty comp and perks. And pay mckinsey.
