Ghosting

Those still employed should feel no guilt ghosting BNYM for a better opportunity when it comes along based on how the company is treating it's workers. Say goodbye by simply disappearing.

I dont think you should be worried about burning bridges when a company falsely rates you below expectation . That' is what is going to follow YOU when your going for your next job, not how you left. I never did that myself in 40 years of working, but I will now. I dont need their reference. I worked at better places for that.

Never burn bridges.

Ghosting is a bit extreme, but given the rescinding of WFH and doctoring of peformance reviews, I think BNY employees can end the practice giving two-week notice. Just handle in your resignation and spend a week in Hawaii before your new job.

I agree, it is not my managers fault, or his managers fault, of decisions from higher up. That kind of behavior could follow you.

You only hurt yourself behaving so unprofessionally. No matter how angry you are at what the management is doing to the company and loyal employees, be a grownup.
