Allstate has been making sure to lay off older employees who earn more and replace them with younger people with no experience and barely any knowledge - which is great for savings I guess, but it's not doing any favors for the company long term.
You can't expect to replace loyal employees who cared about their jobs with people who don't care what they do and how they act because they don't plan to stay here anyhow. The lack of professionalism they are displaying is astounding but not unexpected.
I'm guaranteeing you, this will cost Allstate much more than they are saving in the short term.
