Makes some sense, the former treasurer of Goldman, Robinson sits on the board of directors of BK.

They know where their bread has been buttered.

Board of Directors - 5 current and former investment bankers including Tuna

Investment Banker - one who sells ideas, even if they don't work, they don't care as long as they get PAID. They are dealmakers, even if they are horrible dealmakers. It's one big GAME to them and they get PAID to do it.

Once, the three original BK board members retire: Scott, Nordenberg and Kelly (all three are aging out), then Herr Scharf will have all the pawns in place to sell the company.
