Let's be realistic, most of us had a lot of complaints about working at BNYM, and we all stayed at the company for the solid pay it provided and for the bennefits. We all delt eather with uniterasted clueless management or with dinosaur bosses stuck up in their old ways. Those who were let go have the oportunity to take their skills wherw they are apeiciated. The rest of us that stayed will be left with a falce sense of security and the same problems that made us wish we had another job in the first place.

Please take the opportunity to be brutally honest in your reviews of your dinosaur bosses.
Please don't tell me you were rushing to do this at work on a company computer? That's the only way I'd let that many spelling errors go out to the public.
Of course any of us who are still here are here because we need the money and the benefits., even if the raises/bonuses s---. That's why most people work for c-appy/less that spectacular companies. You may also meet a few people you can call friends, and you might hate your boss or all of upper management, you may even LIKE your job, but as long as you have a job with a steady pay, you're going to stick it out until something better comes along, or you retire (or worse), or you get fired/laid off. That's how it works.
I'm going to stick it out till they throw me out. I'm a bit too old and creaky to go looking for another gig. I feel for those of you who've been laid off. I hope everything works out for you.
