Lately DXC has been hiring people with Digital Skills across different locations, close to 6000 people in various skills. At DXC we dont have any specific project for those skills and these people are gonna be sitting in bench (Only ML or God knows till when). Worst part of Digital hiring is that, DXC been hiring people with same skills as they WFR the same skilled resource, DXC Management has failed to use the concept of Redeployment.

The Digital guys are the next on the WFR list if the company does not get sold for a good price
The Digital story is just to get some customer who are not aware that Digital is a a whole heap of dung, absolutely nothing to show for it

Dangle a job position in front of a bunch of shiny new interns - they're just so desperate for experience and are hungry for any opportunity to show how good they are.

Select your favorite interns.

Ask them to learn the "new stuff" and develop what you want.

Get them to document their "student project" on the company Github and make sure they tell all, so you can sell it.

Get rid of highly paid dinosaurs who have no knowledge of the new - you know the ones, look in the mirror
