As a shareholder, I say Tim earned every penny of it!
His base salary is 800k per yr, then another as cash bonus , and the rest is stock awarded and options . Total comp is 8 -9 M.
$11.4 Million isn't that much when you drink $500 bottles of wine
it's only like $1 million annually,
if you drink 3 Buck Chuck wine

That sob been getting stock bonuses every year that I can remember including 2016 when we the workers had RIFs, pay-freeze, and furoughs.
