So much uncertainty at BNYM lately. So much stress, so much frustration... Working here has started affecting my mental health - I can't properly relax even on weekends.
Anything seems better than this, and yet I'm still too scared to just quit. As somebody said in another thread, if they actually provided voluntary layoffs with decent severance, I'd jump at the opportunity.
Difficult to even come to work and focus on work with so much bs going on. everyone is unhappy , morale is down. The place is a total downer :(
To the commenter who mentioned they had voluntary displacements, are you able to share your location or line of business? I would love that option where I'm at.
