Of course, this is a rhetorical question. It’s always a possibility with this leadership, but if more people get cut and nothing happens like new hirings, allocation of work etc… we seriously won’t be able to operate with this headcount, at least at my location.

So that's how this whole thing started...with you leaving. Come back to your old job and maybe things will turn back around. WFH reinstated, etc.

First round of layoffs happened just after I left the company in November. Rumors of more to come. Work from home was pulled in early 2019.
