I had to repost because people on this site looking for news on company are drowned with fake news like one below. When have we ever gotten raises in the last 8 years at least based on minimum wage going up ... this is nothing new.. post relevant stuff please.

They will have you sign a form that says that your benefits can change at any time. That you cannot sue or go to an arbitrator if/when benefits or job codes change. Also, the form will say that if/when minimum wage increases you will not be given a raise in line with your position.
For example: if you make $1.00 over minimum wage now, lets say you make $9.00 and minimum wage is $8.00, if minimum wage raises to $8.50, you will not get a raise to $9.50 to keep you at $1.00 above minimum wage. So in theory, if you have been given raises or have taken a higher position for more money, if minimum wage goes up, you could be making the same amount as someone who just started.
