I saw on a post we were getting 20% raises this year? Anyone else heard this?

BTW...Resideo got theirs... 3 percent was max Merit but most got much less and MIPs only paid 82% across the board. Managers were told to tell their people that 82% was 100% this year like that will make them feel better.
