Yes to elaborate. By human resources being a valued asset i am referring to us the workers. And cash is king meaning PAY US. Dont give idle thank yous at town halls which mean nothing while paying pitiful bonuses that are fixed amount at lower grades. And no raises for years

HR at AIG is the most unprofessional group out there. Try reading some of the other posts with examples of how bad HR is.

HR a Valued asset? Cash is King? Can you elaborate on that please?

HR is service is nothing more than club of who knows who along with gossip which HR excels at!

What galls us all is the propaganda at the town halls thanking us worker slaves. How insulting. Take your 43 million and tell your story walking. Human resources should be treated like the valued asset we are. Cash is king. Talk is cheap money talks. You cant give us just lip service. This is why we are sinking faster. No one is motivated. Its like being on death row

You are absolutely spot on the entirety of AIG is more than dysfunctional it’s an unadulterated disgrace we have no direction no leadership no one places any value on the most important and integral part of any successful organization The People let all of the dominos fall folks are fed up with the abuse time to fly away

"Just my two cents worth" I Think The Debate Should End....Meaning, I don't fully understand a lot of the business of other groups, but everything has the same tune and bad business practice. The only thing I would say is that in all of these posts I have been reading for a month now everything is very stressful and negative and getting worse.

"No more Need For Debating It, it is proven AIG does not work"

Wish I didn't know it was coming. FTE reduction is their only way to make a profit.i get making a profit is important, and I think prior leadership, who got paid nicely going out the door, swept a lot of shortcomings under the rug to make their numbers and their incentives. Whether I am cut or not, long term plan is to leave and bring folks with me who do good work. Everyone is going to get hit, some worse than others. Another one tentatively planned for 2nd quarter too. Maybe they will outsource everything.

CRS - Client Risk Solutions

Chief that was fired - Robert Klepper

Yes, the top execs look after each other. They are all formerly from FM Global. The FM people is now a cult within AIG, claiming to be the best in fire engineering. They are living in their world
