Working at PEPSI in NY over many years has given me the opportunity to see many great things accomplished with talented and not so talented folks. I grew to love the culture and passion in those days but now feel a lot of hate for a company that truly is so complex and wasteful it is truly ridiculous.
Not to mention witnessing the people you've come to call your family be discarded because the continual gross short comings of Indra (smelly) bases contractors waste more time and money as we all provided on the job training. For those of us left after the countless re-orgs or layoffs don't give up and keep fighting for your respect. Don't do everyones job just because your the only one left, find a better one or start your own! it's just a matter of time if not in 2019 maybe 2020.. go enjoy some coke!
