Luckily they dont care about your sympathy or lack thereof, they just don't want to be expected to die on the way in for a company that doesn't give a c-ap about them when there's a perfectly reasonable method for still working and being productive.
Really. People want to work in downtown Pittsburgh but then, it’s too much effort to get to work from 50-75 miles away. Why take the job in the first place? Also, the WFH crowd gets a pass on parking when others have to purchase a monthly parking pass. I really have zero sympathy on the WFH crowd.
BNY should give it's employees snow boots and some skis so emoloyees can ski into work , oh c-ap Charlie does not have the budget for the same ! Hehehe

well back in the day before everyone got so damn lazy and couldn't handle a five day work week, like normal people, WFH was always okay on bad snow days.
