The 100th Birthday. What a disappointing Birthday for AIG. Lots of money spent on advertising this etc., I guess to cover up what the Birthday for AIG is really like

Hank is invested in a China insurance arm, which he plans to sell to AIG after its fully built out. Hank won't help.

Hank has a mega-axe to grind but he’s obviously right. The current AIG Mgt is hijacking the anniversary.

For those who never experienced the Greenberg era, I feel for you. Great culture, respect for quality of life, stock purchase plan that was guaranteed annual profit or you get all your money back, $2500 for referrals (at a time we were hiring like crazy), great parties and the company actually made money. Good times.

I came to aig after hank left but it was a great place to join because of his efforts. It has been spiraling to hell ever since. Year by year things taken away. A total abortion. Ashamed to have gone there. Glad im out. The best paybacj would be if hank bought co for a song. Hed have it working like a well oiled machine. And wouldnt be surprised if he restored benes that were ruthlessly taken away. Employees are very loyal and hard working when they are treated well and respected. Not like animals. Blatent age descrimination. To succeed a co must care for human resources not judt say it and act otherwise. Its not only clients and shareholders.

Hank was such a great leader. He took care of all his employees, not just Managers, and provided a lot of benefits like the star program. We have lost so much since he left. It's a different AIG and the AIG we knew when Hank ran it

My Maternal Grandmother would be 115 on March 8th. Hank brought AIG to a Dow Jones 30 Industrial Company. He was booted out in 2005 and that was the beginning of modern day AIG. I listened to his conference calls. He knew exactly what he was doing. He should be unhappy watching 40 years of work going down the drain. My friends in the know think AIG is setting itself up for a break up and sale of the company. Don't be shocked when it happens.
