Calling all DXC staff affected by cuts during FY18 Q3 and Q4 esp September and October 2017

As you will have read already, on this board or on the internet. Former CSC / DXC EVP Steve Hilton is suing Mike Lawrie for $14.3m over unpaid shares and benefits.

It will be worth your while to get in touch with the firm representing Hilton and providing statements in relation to any personal loss you may have experienced if you were affected by the cuts in the UK&I, whether that be emotional or actual losses by being put in a pool or actually losing your job.

In the lawsuit on page 19, point 88 it states.

Or, for example, Lawrie began moving the goal posts for Global Delivery in ways

apparently calculated to ensure Hilton’s failure. In one instance dating to September and October

2017, Lawrie gave Hilton one set of targets for workforce reductions in the U.K. and Ireland region

team and in the North Central Europe region team—and then, two weeks later, nearly doubled the

size of the expected cuts and said he expected those cuts to happen within just weeks.

And here lies the problem for Lawrie, if he loses the case, he would have lawsuits coming out of his ears, well him and Mason, and along with him all his minions who were part of this fiasco he calls running the business. It is absolutely illegal to increase cuts (in other words destroy families, putting people through unnecessary hardships) to 'test' your EVP or to force him out.

Even though Hilton executed his command, i mean he had $20m to look forward to, it might serve employees better to assist Hilton. No rule in any country allows employees to be let go without just cause. And even if ML or JM claim they merely bought forward the cuts due to business pressure it goes against what his direct report is claiming. If Hilton wins, Lawrie or Mason do not have a leg to stand on.

Also forward the lawsuit details to your local MP and the business secretary, he may ignore one email, but if he gets hundreds of emails from ex and current staff, he will be forced to address this.

It's now or never, time to stop whining on here about how bad this company is or how toxic ML and his cronies are. You will not find a better opportunity. All we need is a letter and to forward to your MP.

The sh-- show has started all over again this week. Lawrie is corrupt AF and he has run the company into the ground. Is he banging Mason? What is that all about? All that $$ to McKinsey for what? Lawrie's is about to be exposed, as well he should be

Just suied DXC myself with a number of employees concerning sudden WFR;s and people getting fired out of the blue. I do not think our cases are connected to the one of Steve Hilton. But I will for sure let all of you know in case we win or loose. It has been said here many times that CSC/DXC plays it rough when going to court - like a warning you should not do it. I just think this is one of their marketing to keep on doing things ilegeal

Not sure if they will manage to get out under this one - will keep you posted but it is a long process. Count a year,

No point in suing DXC! Mikey WFR'd me and I now work for a competitor with 30% better pay and conditions, less stress, more training and travel, and no BS management clowns to listen to. That's a better deal than being stuck at DXC.

I must admit when I was let go in Feb 2017 I really was hurt by it. The T0ssers at Management level said my skills weren't up to scratch (they were, but no training was available to give them what they required), so I was shown the door. But now that I read this impending lawsuit on Lawrie, I don't feel that bad after all. After seeing all the poor people that have been let go, and gone on to greater things....F--- 'em (DXC I mean)! So glad I am out! DXC will not be around in years to come, so I am very happy being retired now. Much less stressed I assure you.

Just read the Lawsuit info over at el Reg. what an absolute shower of sh--e the leadership of this company have been from the word go in April ‘17! Thousands and thousands of decent peoples lives fooked over by this bunch of id--ts! I wonder if customers of DXC in UK know about the shenanigans?

Need to be grouped as a class action and possibly via a group body like Union for anyone to take notice, with Brexcit MP's are probably not all that bothered about individuals or their plight under the hand of ML and his cronies

Bottom line, if Hilton can cry foul, that same evidence can be used by former and current employees because they have been victims of this toxic man and his low standing morals.

I’ll wreck a few thousand lives but heck I’ll know if one man is loyal to me or not.

try mental and psychology stress. it always works. better if you can produce a mental evaluation that says you're stressed out due to the retrenchment. Mikey will bleed out to pay that.

There is a possibility Hilton's firm wont play ball because their own client would be incriminated, technically he participated in something illegal to prove his loyalty.

However there is nothing wrong with drafting something to send to your MP and Gov Business Secretary. This affects not only the UK but Europe too.
