The ship is going down, MH is beached on the shore, thrashing his tail. Every other thrash takes out a deck on the ship!

Engineering rats, leaches, thugs and freaks gnaw on the woodwork. It WILL collapse, it can't go on like this.

My psycho manager hired a private investigator to track my car, TWO YEARS AFTER I left Oracle. YES, THAT'S TWO YEARS!!!!!!!

GET THE HELL OUT!!!! They're all nuts!!! Seriously, mentally ill engineering management have destroyed any possibility of recovery. GET THE HELL OUT!!! Before some psycho starts stalking you.

Oh, yeah, right. Managers NEVER get laid off at Oracle. Neither do their girlfriends.

Managers do get laid off, but usually they find out first. I know managers that seemed to magically move to another inept part of the company a couple of weeks before a RIF and survive, while IC's get the chop with no warning.

Has anyone ever gone through the process of getting a restraining order?

At Oracle, they notify employees thru a simple phone call in the case of layoffs without prior notice; they add "Thank you very much for your contribution to Oracle"; pretty quick process.

And I thought no one in the management ever got laid off. Well, you learn a little something every day.
