Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox and Global

I wonder when Mr Feldman will take a look at the very high priced global field executives who make $800k + to help global be global. Eliminating revenue generation positions to allow overpriced fake executives to coast in an unaccountable reckless way. Where is Xerox on this one? Oh yeah ... global HR is Xerox hr. Protect the global folks who have helped ruin Xerox with reckless pricing

#shame Mr. Feldman I would use the whistleblower hotline but it would be dismissed and I would be targeted by the Michael Shea regime

GIS executives got their bonus because they were the ONLY channel that saw ORGANIC revenue growth (not from MIF). GIS also delivered 15%+ profit margin (vs. Xerox's sub 8%), and GIS increased market share in the locations they serve. If you are that desperate to pin blame on someone, it's spelled U-R-S-U-L-A not G-I-S.

Wait. Xerox stock is at a 52 week low, Mr Icahn has all of his people in play, Xerox has a $200m lay-off and global executives all get paid full bonuses? I would get rid of global with that type of leadership. Who is watching that ship?

One of the funniest things I've seen on here - "reckless GIS pricing". I'd call it "incomprehensible Xerox Direct COSTS". If GIS can do it better, faster, cheaper, and with high profit with 3 people...Direct would find a way to do is poorly, slower, more expensively, and with lower profit using about 10 people. I've never seen so many made up job titles in my life. If your job title spills over to a second line on your business card, you probably don't serve a real function at the company, and you are probably one of the first to get in the most recent RIF.

Any business person knows that customer acquisition is expensive.

In my opinion, Moving a billion dollars of accounts from one channel to another is extremely profitable for the party who inherits the account.

Have GIS accounts been transfering to Xerox’s book of business in waves since 2012? Oh wait, it’s been the opposite... Global has been leaps and bounds more profitable, and does a better job for the customer (hence the recent activity that’s got the Xerox do-nothings hot and bothered).

I agree with the reckless GIS pricing. That went on for too long and seriously damaged Xerox in clients eyes imo. Not to mention partners accused us of smoking crack for the way we were behaving. Ludicrous I believe
