With the holidays approaching the guys making the money for this s#@t hole will again be "invited" to work through the holiday break.

Charo and the program id--ts will start their annual 7/ 12 push right after the first of the year so they can get their huge bonuses around 50k . As soon as they're paid they'll disappear into oblivion again.

$124/hour on double time and a half? Rates must be dropping, when I was there 3 years ago we were getting $103.50/hour for regular OT and getting 60 hours a week.

Inmate??? Call it what you want, I am here with a bunch of others all getting $124 an hour. Thats right, double time and a half. Beats sitting around on shutdown like you mo--n!!!

Why don't all you babies go back south where you like the economy. All you can do is complain. You know learned this in the military. You have personal issues with L3, take it up with you Pastor/Preacher, mo--n!!

Worked for L-3 twice in my career...NEVER again. Good old boy network that is stuck in the 60's as far as management style. The facility in Greenville is old and IMO nasty. Greenville TX...nice enough people but the Dallas area is not pretty at all.

That whole bunch running that place are bat sh-- crazy. Todd B became a supervisor because he witnessed a landing collapse that killed someone years ago. He is just one part of the l3 messed up puzzle

Been gone from there for over a year and don’t miss it a bit. What a s:/t hole. I still have a little ptsd from the b s i had to endure. Merry Christmas to the inmates still there.

When I was there the Worker Bees had dug their heels in and were still doing things they way they had been 20 years ago. I would pull out the technical docs and prove to them the processes had been changed 2 or 5 or 7 YEARS ago and they would STILL REFUSE to update.

There was one group in particular ("F Lab") that was so far off the aircraft reservation that the company's liability underwriters would drop them like a nuclear hot potato if anyone understood what a hot mess they really are.

This division has been a drain on the company for the past couple of years its time to out source the labor to replace those that are clearly dragging their feet. Worrying about management bonus is the last thing the HOL people should be focused on when the credibility of the work force is in questioned by the share holders and potential customers (Former Customers). Contract performance is a major factor in being awarded new work not excuses for failure. This facility will need purged and publicly purged to demonstrate company commitment to future customers.

Management at L3 has got to be the biggest bunch of id--ts in the industry.

Year after ye as r the same bs.

No parts for months rhen get a few in and program wants the worker bees to be their saviors and work around the clock seven days a week to make them look good.
