After they laid off the head cashiers and the receiving managers, guess who has to pick up the slack? The remaining managers. No wonder they quit.
Yes, it's been a dead end job for years now. How many people get promoted? That should tell you something!
They know that B&N is going to shutdown soon. It's an awful miserable place to work as you know by every other post on here, so if you have a way to get out, you take it.
