What needs to happen is they sell this dirty excuse if a company off. This POS excuse for a corporation is the laughing stock if it's own employees.
What once was a great Engineering company is nothing today. Customers know it s---s, employees think it s---s & the future is bleak at best.

I totally agree Honeywell should sell UOP. The best thing that could happen to a former fantastic company. Make UOP great again and do the engineering in the USA.
Same over here at PMT well UOP they sure are destroying a 100 year old company that was great to work for.

I'm an engineer in AERO and I'd like to type out a longer response to this but I'd need a charge number....
The problem is that the only potential buyers are those who think that they can extract more blood from the turnip. Honeywell is such an empty husk of its former self that nobody should see much value in it.
Yes I remember the speach in Aero it was said "when it has to do with aircraft, Honeywell is the fist thing that comes to our customers mind" or something like that. Oh how we've changed and not for the better.
I'm not even sure if they/engr. has any long term goals in Aero. All about saving $$ and getting it done faster.
Funny that the leadership thinks they can become a software company. I remember when a CEO said we wanted to become the “Apple” of our business. Hell, we weren’t even a fruit.
I agree it's no where near whet it was but the company is changing direction towards a more of a SW co. Unfortunate how it's being done with no regard for its own but it's business.
