What about the bonus for last quarter? Are people who were moved to NetSuite still going to get it?
CB - be gone very very soon, customer success is laughable at this company, our only success is pi$$ing off any and all customers, sh--ty support, hostage pricing and arrogant old white guys
Oracle dissolved any resemblance to customer Success and relocated folks to sales or consulting.
What was the announcement?
Not really news. This site has been predicting this for awhile. I feel bad for those that chose to ride it out. Now they are faced with doing sales or consulting, when their hearts were with success model.
Boston is OD now.
Advanced Services has another quarter to prove the model. Otherwise they are gone.

Keep in mind that getting bumped to IC1 doesn't mean you get a raise.
As for the range, I doubt that the top end is even close to six figures. If I had to wager a guess, I'd say that the middle point for IC1 is 60-70, and that most of those "Austin peeps" are below that.

I heard this part one of a larger plan of some layoffs in 2 months.
Austin peeps landed in NetSuite consulting. Not sure what the pay structure would look like for them since they finally are IC1 now rather than being stuck at ic0. Any idea anyone?
