Does anyone remember when little Z bragged he needed to hire 1600 more people under him? It was back around 2013. What an arrogant a-hole. This is the root of the problem.

3071 souls left on the ship.

I remember in early 2015 when we had 5400 people and half the production we have now.

Layoffs are no big deal, they are just numbers. 10, 50,700 .oh no, wait.... Those are PEOPLE,

With spouses and children, Christmas is next month, Holiday plans, Mortgage payments.

Layoffs are easy if you surround yourself with yes men, they will tell you it's all ok, just put on a sad face on INC and tell everyone how hard it is.

He specifically said there would be no large scale layoffs. With Deep Basin not drilling a single well for a year or more you can’t expect there not to be layoffs.
