I suspect there won't be layoffs immediately before Christmas. I would guess that next layoffs will come early in January. It seems like they come either at the end or beginning of a quarter and they don't like to layoff before holidays because if there is a lawsuit, it makes them look bad. It will be later sometime. But, if the Q2 results are bad, there will very likely be some layoffs. Just enough sprinkled through different groups to keep under the WARN notice.
