GM can get rid of 25% of their executives why can’t the oil patch get real and finally deal with being so top heavy. Make a real difference in the bottom line.

I am focused on the pylons and their feelings. Won’t someone please think of the pylons.
Get a life and focus on something more productive other than this thread.
That's a fine point made about the pylon, laddie! I shall be punished by going back to my task of running data reports over and over again only to have the conclusion over rode by Sr mgmt who doesn't agree with facts. Follow that up with 18 meetings ending up with having to run the data reports again.... Hoping the same data will show different results.
You sir are insulting pylons comparing our CLT to them. At least they sit there and do no harm.
KS should have been fired along with IR, BP, BF.
Yeah, I agree. All that happens is employees who understand the processes and / or lay the actual ground work get turfed. The ones that get left behind are stretched even more due to the inverted pyramid structure. All the while, the over paid have useless meetings all day and lunch at teatro to discuss what the peers are doing and how to copy them.
In hindsight it is better that they copy instead of trying to prove their worth (arrogance) by leasing two huge bldgs, garbage hedging, and creating a case study on what not to do for A&D.
Could have bought a pylon for much cheaper to do the clt job.... At least we would be in a better position.
