Nobody want Noble or their garbage assets. Get serious. It’s the worst run company I’ve ever been associated with.
What makes you think anyone would want to buy this broken organization. It has the weakest leadership I ever experienced. DS needs to been booted and replaced. Today the Dow was up 2.5%; the NASDAQ up 2.95%; and Noble 0.29%.
This response is all over the place, and not well thought out. You suffer from the very things you accuse the leadership team of. Case in point...BHP exited the shale business last July. Go back to your dart board to get a better solution.
nobody wants the whole company because it is an odd and mismanaged bunch of assets so how about this: sell Mediterranean assets to ENI or Total or Woodside. Wintershall might take Cyprus but probably not a good fit with Israel. Peddle EG to Hess or Wintershall or Woodside. Clean up Texas assets and sell them to BHP, Shell, or XTO (XOM). Sell Colorado to BHP. Give Colombia, Canada, and Gabon to whatever company will take them. DS, KF, and GW mismanaged this company into the ground. Sell assets for best prices and go home. At NBL, laughable board and god awful executive team.
