What improvements has management ever made in the 1.5 years DXC has been in existence? We are all dreaming if we think things are ever going to change. The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same things and expecting a different result.
Instead of hoping for a savior or miracle to happen, we all should be doing the bare minimum at DXC while doing all we can to find a new employer.

The brand agency DOREMUS.COM ran the intial DXC black and white brand 'Thrive on change' which used the credentials of HPE and CSC to generate market excitement as 'two great companies are coming together'. When the independent Market analysts saw it as two ailing companies going into the juicer to see what could be squeezed out - in the name of identifying 'alignment and synergies' I think they called it. The juice was discarded and the peel was kept and told to work harder.

Problem is all is in the books and nothing touches the ground reality. There are no ground level events or forums where people talk about there experience. Some top leadership comes to do a broadcast ,which they feel as communication. Very poor connect with the people. Leadership is busy in Excel sheets, preparing charts and what not. It's more of a fashion company than and IT company. We need IT professionals and not MBA's. The people instead of thinking to grow business , keeps on thinking digital as if digital will grow without business. Domain expertise is going down , while other organizations are valuing their old people into market for sales pitch. Most of top management is busy profit booking in shares. It's a pity.
