Execs increase their share count!

Those of you that thought the fall in share price will hurt Lawrie and Mason think again. He received an increase of 18% on his share count(now 728k) and mason doubled her share count (to 100k) in the final qtr of 2018. Their getting these shares at a lower price so know doubt will sell them one price increases. Just incredible this is allowed to go on!! Who awards these increases?? Fat Cats is not the word! They have their feet in the trough and are feeding on the fat trimmed at the costs of thousands of people’s livelihood! It’s despicable! Can’t someone call them out in the US media/TV. Whilst I’m assuming not illegal, how is it allowed to continue! Potus talked about keeping the US first, Lawrie is doing everything but!

No use in crying hoarse. The corporates and the lawmakers/policies go hand in hand. Besides, the "I scratch your back, you scratch my back" boardroom shenanigans will make sure these practices get worse, rather than go away.

Talk about insider trading DXC Technology to Acquire Leading Digital Innovator Luxoft today and the stock jumps up. Hopefully the SEC looks into ML and the NEO (EVP's)

Well that's why the board allocated $2bn of co. money for share buyback, to artificially raise the shareprice.

It seems that if you're at the C level you cant lose !

As for the grunts on the ground; well sorry there's nothing for you.

ML dont believe in cost of living rises yet he and his cronies just get more stock options to compensate. Cant be bad when you're CEO, President and chairman of the board - no one else to answer to. Lets hope investors see through this smoke and mirrors exercise soon and force him out.

Time to move on ML !

Think of the share allocations as their retention bonuses. The longer that they stick around (and hopefully the share prices increase) then the greater profit that they can make.

I was just wondering how the stock price of this sick company has been rising again gradually in 2019. Now I could sense what's going on.

For ML says he doesn't believe in cost of living or merit rashes. Bull Sh*T. I never hated a company head like I hate ML.

Although I agree there’s an insatiable desire for power and greed, the love of money is never satisfied. The more you have, the more you want. That’s why the LOVE of money is the root of most evil.

I've said it before but it bears repeating - for Lawrie it isn't about the money; he is already rich.

At his level it is more about perceived power and influence.
