This thread is about kickoff 2019 and is a place to share your thoughts on division and team kickoff. Did executives provide you with a sound vision and strategy for the year? Did they increase your comfort level with job stability? And for upcoming team kickoffs, did your team do theirs face to face or virtual? Were there any special accommodations? Your opinion of the team meeting and consensus of peers? Have a great 2019!

Probably the most negatively tainted meetings ever. Rah rah rah.
I would honestly be fine if I never had to hear blowhard executives ever again
Will there be lay offs in credit & collections Canada?

You only have freedom of speech when it comes to a government preventing from speaking openly about said government. Speaking about the internal operating agenda of a privately or publicly owned business is not, Please, stop making a fool of yourself.

There are many other corporation leaders that want people to speak about their company so they can leverage opinions and help make their company better.
To me, that’s the difference in corporate quality and culture.
Why not ?Given all the disruptions,
management turnover,layoffs,outsourcing
consolidations and sell off rumors it would be good to know if there is a clear and present strategy for 2019...One day back and already hearing about more layoffs?
Give us a break!
