Any Bets???

So who thinks there will be another round of layoffs come end of Feb? Not much of a bet as for last 5 years they have had layoffs in Feb and around Oct. but Alex did say no more layoffs, so there shouldn’t be. But then he did more layoffs in Nov after he said that. I’m so confused. Last round I believe was the 8th round of layoffs, during which how many times did the CLT get exceeded expectations for their bonus targets?

New policy for improving morale: you must post at least two positive reviews on Glassdoor before you get your reduced bonus.

I think you are putting too much thought into this. Meaning, its not going to be as dramatic as you suspect....I know its more dramatic if we anticipate the sky is falling but, not sure why we would think that now. I'm thinking that any layoffs will just be part of the normal course of running a business, so bits here and there.

Agreed, this company gets so much bad press it can ill afford to announce another lay-off program. Expect just under 50 per month from Feb - Jun.

There will be more layoffs but it will be under 50 as per the government regs. That way it will not make the news and make ALPO look bad. This is a company worthy of the top 10 award it has earned
