Expectations for 2019- same old, same old, or some better times

This article was a good take on the whole current situation at AIG, from the reasons why we got to where we are to the possible scenarios about how things might pan out in 2019. My take for 2019 is that we could see a slightly better year at AIG compared to 2018. Thoughts???

This is a pay week and Holidays are over so I would expect RIF's to pick up.

Well we know the next quarters results are not going to be any good. I guess you can roll the dice on 2019. Who really know??

OKR is a b---s--- HR and paper management software that can be used in any aspect of their business. My guess is that the guy who advocates for the OKR Method has some financial interest in AIG implementing that system. Probably a salesman.

Please excuse my ignorance. What is OKR method?

AIG's risk-rewards are unfavorable.

From Goldman Sachs conference, it is clear that unless OKR method is established as a culture, there is no turnaround in sight for P&C.

If steps are not taken to fix the book value, the downward slide will continue.
