In this critical end of year time period, the Fidelity site gives a message that no withdraws can be done at this time. Of course the phone lines are jammed. Anyone else having this issue and know how long of a wait it is to contact a Fidelity agent?
Some of us need taxable income before the end of the year and it would be nice to do it while the stock market is up today.
My mistake...I "cleaned up" my resido/Honeywell" dividend fragments left over (transferred from one fund to another) and then tried to make a withdraw. Apparently Honeywell only allows one "transaction" per day. Meaning I can make all the multiple fund transfers I want in one day but can't do a withdraw on the same day. Just cancelled the transfers and now I can make a withdraw.
