Maybe Xerox should consolidate all of the channels into one. Direct Sales is going away, Global Imaging is consolidating, Agent's are suing Xerox and turning into Resellers, and Resellers/VARs are selling competitive equipment along with Xerox creating confusion. Way to confuse anyone outside of Xerox.

Agree. No one is accountable. It amazes me how HR management is still addressing projects, splattering money that could be actually invested in a better decision maker that could show better results than the one they have in charge. It has only proven, they let people play around with company resources by not taking over hq and auditing their local investments offshore. Who even audits these people for god sake?! It’s money going down the drain. Project managers have hell of a salary.. yet the states keep on firing people who are more than qualified to the job. What are they even thinking on investing in projects that have led this company to such a downfall? Any financial advisors? Any infrastructure engineers? Anyone who can take over and understand this company and help it avoid more splattering money around for the wrong people and decisions?
@WHTyzxM-pas I agree Sr. Leaders making decisions on products/Offerings that should go to market should be held accountable and be the ones dismissed for lack of good decisions. In addition, Sr. Regional/Partner leaders should be held accountable for what they are requesting be delivered (products/offerings/tools, etc.); they also should be the ones dismissed for lack of performance.
Lets face it; those developing , packaging, managing, and implementing a product/offering/tool are the workers who will deliver what Sr. Nanagers deem to be Xerox furture products/offerings/tools. The decision makers should be held accountable.
Too many people, my friend that are actually worth the cut ar being let to stick around and mostly poor management taking financial decisions over projects and investments that xerox should close its’ books by now for. If they are dumb enough to keep on supporting these solutions in critical times they should be the first to be let go for trying to influence the company in this ignorant way by splattering the money, like obviously it ain’t theirs.
