Probably the same percentage as at most other corporations, close to zero. I really don't get the whole CEO cult thing. I've been around the block enough times to know that the "rock star" CEOs are just as rotten as the regular ones. When times are good they smile and share a little bit of the wealth, but at the first sign of trouble they swing the ax.
