I received the first of 5 payments of my 30% portion of my retention pay on 12/14/18. Per the IT All Hands meeting we had last month about 50% of the IT department will be outsourced. We are supposed to get further details next month/February. Its all about the almighty $ since the Molina family left the company :-(
i got the retention letter but i haven't gotten the bonus yet.
I negotiated 36%
It is not the same across the board.
20% is what mine is. Minus stock and 401k and taxed at the higher bonus rate.
For those that got theirs, what percentage did you get? I’m wondering if it’s the same across the board??
Yes
Did everyone that received the retention bonus get their first initial pay out this paycheck period?
It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy -- willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.
Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not suddently bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.
Just checked ADP. Confirmed.
Yea, they could have started paying out the retention bonus for only the QA folks since that was the only outsourcing company announced. They could have left us hanging until February.
Instead they started the retention bonus payouts for all of those in IT that got the retention letter.
