Well, well, well, what do you know! The two biggest losers on the tech industry, both of whom were turned down cold by the DOD b/c neither had caught up to the 20th, never mind the 21st, Century are now both suing the DOD over the cloud deal that AWS IS SO GOING TO WIN! There’s a merger of dying dinosaurs to be had right there - they can die in each other’s embrace. Losers!

Google isn't bidding because their staff protested against "being evil" selling their services to kill people. Most likely they realized they couldn't win and took the opportunity to bow out on a positive note, unlike Oracle and IBM who don't stand a chance but will litigate anyway.
Most likely AWS will win, but Microsoft has a good chance.
Even if politics and greedy baseless lawsuits get fixed by multiple cloud vendors those will be AWS, Microsoft. Maybe Google but prob not.
