When even HR is tired of the c-ap that leadership is dishing out, they just walk off job. HR director LR did just that, now nothing but minions left to turn the crank.
Now who’s gonna handle all the year-end PIP’s, RIF’s, 50% MIP’s, declining benefits, and HUGE employee turn-over problem?
Advice to any new HR manager. Paper over all your mirrors at home. You won't last long doing this dirty work if you have to look at yourself in the morning.

Right. Site HR director is non-critical! The truth came out that she was fired and walked out (no notice) because of the HR survey results. Results that were directly related to ALT leadership directives that were implemented by her. This has nothing to do with being unhappy as thats a job requirement these days.
Non story about a non critical employee. If you’re so unhappy- leave.
