Now you need to ask yourself why you are still working at Sears.

You may be working your a-- off for the future of the company, but the CEO/CTO wanna-be's are busy dumping money into the stock to keep the price up because their personal finances are based on loans against oracle stock.

That's all they care about at the top. They are old agers, who just want to prop things up for a little longer before they expire. They don't care what you do. They don't care what happens within the company... hire a few more AWS people to make things look like they are getting into the cloud when they couldn't care less.

They are just using you. Oracle/Sears is a waste of your time.
